If you are looking for a serious workout that will teach you how to fight and get a solid workout this is the right one for you. In these sessions I'll teach the basics of proper form and technique for maintaining healthy and proper body posture to avoid injuries in kickboxing, improve flexibility, work on Power and Force in each motion and help to burn many calories in the process. Classes will be held either outdoors, at a client's house or desired location and food will be provided.
Before any nutritional services are offered an intake must be conducted first. In this intake session I'll get a list of your health goals, current diet, nutritional habits, sleep habits, signs of concerns (weak muscles, slow recovery, trouble focusing, lack of mental clarity, etc.) and areas you want to focus on. If you decide to move forward with my other nutritional services a health plan and goal plan will be made included in this package with the purchase of another nutritional service.
Unlike the Cardio Kickboxing session, this plan only includes kicking and is designed to increase fluent range of motion with your lower hamstrings and extend flexibility with your hips. This workout will include striking with force at solid objects such as trees, metal poles, boxing pads and standing boxing bags or targets, and can include speed training to achieve higher velocity and help improve balance. Classes will be held either outdoors, at a client's house or desired location and food will be provided.
If you are a beginner looking to learn how to achieve strong core stances to build muscle, new types of exercises to train your core, improve mental focus and agility and defend yourself but have no prior background in training in martial arts this service will be able to help you. Before moving on to the Intermediate course it is required to practice 3 months at least 14 classes in personal training 1 on 1 in the Beginner course (assuming this is your first time practicing any kind of martial art), unless substantial progress is seen. Sessions are shorter to ensure safe progression and full recovery. Once you have achieved the desired results which usually take about 14 classes you may apply to train in the Intermediate course. The beginner course details the proper forms, striking patterns, basic responses to an attack, proper uke responses (受け) - which means "to receive", in this context "an attack" - and good ukemi (受け身) - which means, "receiving body" and is the process of safely absorbing an impact or breaking a fall - and will help facilitate healthy ground for future ongoing sessions, including practicing with other trainees. Upon graduating from the beginner course you will be able to spar and practice with others training, including myself. Classes will be held outdoors in an open space and food will be provided during each session where requested.
This is a monthly subscription based service. For $25 a month you'll get access to my second phone number where you'll be able to text me anytime with health questions relating to nutrition, including nutrition labels, suggestions for certain physical symptoms such as headaches, fatigue, weakness, and other similar symptoms for food suggestions, how much rest you should have and other health related advice. This can only be used for yourself, but for an extra $30 a month you can use this service for anyone you know, including friends.
For $40 a month you'll get 1-1 personal training instructions, including workout plans, a recommended work and rest routine, suggestions to reduce muscle fatigue and improve cardio and ATP regeneration.
This Intake Session is required before any personal training sessions begin. I'll use the information provided to determine BMI, RDV, Calorie Intake, Body Fat and provide realistic feedback on goals, plans and give an estimated timeline as well as options for reaching the goals desired, then if any further training is desired upon purchase of another package I'll set up a workout plan for achieving those goals.
Included in this package is training at a gym, outside, at your house or desired location, food (is provided at no additional expense), personal instruction to achieve the best results, guidance through proper form, follow-up consultations at no charge once a week and an option to bring a buddy at no charge who will also receive training. Buddy does not have to have a consultation.
